The AppScooter gives the user access to all of the features that you would expect from a modern car's interface (e.g. navigation, music, calls), without ever compromising on safety.
“Designing an interface that should not be seen”
The foundation of the AppScooter’s user interface design lies in extensive research into Peripheral Interaction Design, Automotive HMI guidelines, and the human psyche (how does “attention” work?).
The resulting design provides a unique way of controlling an interface with the AppScooter’s handlebar controls, and being able to do so without looking at the screen.
